Plumerai releases “Electrical Mess” a diverse EP that showcases the band in a variety of formats; original studio recordings, remixed and live. Kicking off the EP are two new tracks. The first being angsty and noisy with the title track “Electrical Mess” which is followed by the band shifting gears completely with the slow brooding and moody “Die…Die Slowly”. Shapes & Trees (Sal Manlilla’s Sick Mix) is a dance mix of a song Plumerai gave away free at the beginning of the year via their website and once again sees remixer Radical9 working his magic. The live tracks on ‘Electrical Mess’ are bootlegged recordings of “Blues & Greens” and “Shapes & Trees” from Plumerai’s performance at the Lithographie Threatre in Patras Greece November 2008. Although the first three tracks are available digitally the following two live tracks are exclusive to the CD versions of ‘Electrical Mess’.
